“Called Super Star Plumbing, what I suspected might be a leak due to water bill getting higher each month. Miguel came the next day and was VERY DILIGENT and THOROUGH in trying to figure out the problem. After looking at everything he said let's ask about the toilet in the back once more and sure enough the user said yes, they were hearing sounds from the toilet. Well it turns out the toilet had been self flushing but the user never reported it. Miguel replaced the flapper and fill valve and then rechecked the meter and it was stable. Viola! Thank you!! Also, while he was under the house he found that the drain line in the kitchen was leaking (badly) when the water was turned on due to big cracks in the line. He took video and pictures and showed me. This had nothing to do with the increased water bill but something that needed addressing. Thank you again to the best plumbing team!”

“We had a leak in the pipe underneath our kitchen sink, creating a huge puddle filled with gunk. I first called a different plumber, hoping for a quick fix. Unfortunately, all he did was cut a hole in the drywall and charge me $225. Over two visits, I was frustrated and disappointed. That's when I called Super Star Plumbing in Bell Gardens. Miguel, the owner, arrived and singlehandedly fixed the problem. From the moment he arrived, he took action. Crawled under the sink, identified the source of the leak, a crack in the copper connector, and assessed the materials he had on hand. In less than 30 minutes, he not only repaired the leak but replaced the entire copper pipe leading to the cracked connector. Let me remind you the other plumber was going to take THREE visits to fix this same issue. No need for another appointment.”
“Super Star came out to provide a free estimate for our 14 year old tankless water heater. First impression was, they were professional, expert plumbers, and offered straightforward pricing. On their way out, they noticed our main water line was leaking and also provided a quote for it. If we chose to replace the water heater and main line, he offered a bundled discount. We decided to go with them after interacting with them. They came out to install and got both jobs done in about 3 hours, explained which lever controlled which line, and hauled away the old heater. Everything was clean and it's like they were never there.”
“We had a clogged kitchen drain and needed a hydro jet clean out. After calling around for some quotes, we landed on Super Star Plumbing, who made us an offer we couldn't refuse. As it turns out, our kitchen sink didn't have a clean out line with outside access, so unless we installed one first, running a hydro jet was going to be really messy. Miguel offered to install the clean out line and throw in the hydro jetting! The total cost of installing the clean out line AND hydro jet service combined was close to the quotes I got from other companies for JUST the hydro jet service! Great deal!”
“I've used this company twice over the last several years. One was for a water heater issue which they replaced the water heater and got me up and running successfully in a matter of hours. This most recent call was for a clogged kitchen sink. They came out on time as promised in their scheduled appointment time slot. They quickly assessed the problem and were able to fix the clog sink within 15 minutes. Not knowing what the issue was initially, I also asked if I should replace my garbage disposal. The technician assessed the garbage disposal and told me that it was working fine and told me that I didn't need to replace it. I found his honesty to be really refreshing in an industry that can be dishonest. I love the fact that this company have honest guys working for them and always tell the customer the right thing. Bottom line, is that they have integrity. I've dealt with a lot of contractors in Bell Gardens and they are the best!”
“I called these superstars because my kitchen sink drain was back flowing from the washer drain flooding my garage. Miguel was sent to my home to address my issue. He was very attentive and knowledgeable in troubleshooting my issue. He did not hesitate to assess my drain problem by going under the house to inspect my drain lines for damage. He recommended a Power Jet cleaning of my drain lines to remove residual grease and other debris that could be blocking my drain. He returned the next day with the equipment and another tech who was also very knowledgeable and cleared/cleaned my drain lines with the Power Jet equipment!!! The process took about 2 1/2 hours but with very good results!!!”
“Wanted to leave a review because these guys did a great job with our plumbing project over in Pico Rivera they showed up right on time despite the traffic on the 605 being a complete disaster which is normal out here anyways they got to work on our main line backup. Miguel showed us the camera inside the pipe and then they used hydrojetting to blast out all the grease and dirt that was stopping things up it was super fast and the price was exactly what they said it would be, using them again for future work thanks again guys!”
